Defender Martial Arts Academy is owned and operated by Mr. Herbert Cowan. Mr. Cowan trained under Mr. Grant Tabuchi for ten years. Our training program is based on Mr. Tabuchi's award winning program Martial Arts America/Karate for Kids in Fremont California. The Defender Martial Arts Academy is a family oriented school in a Christian environment.
Defender Martial Arts Academy believes that everyone has not only the right but also the responsibility to defend themselves. Therefore, our Martial Arts program is geared toward all age groups and physical abilities.
Our school is located in the northern part of Eagle, Idaho, on private property. We hope to open a regular commercial location by the end of 2005, or early 2006.
